D&S Construction is family owned and operated.  Lin Drake , Travis Drake, and Debbie Drake have been in the building industry for over twenty five years with four construction companies across the country. One is in Southern Utah – D&S Construction of So. Ut., Inc. and one in North Carolina – D&S Construction of N.C., Inc, and one in South Carolina – D&S Construction of South Carolina, Inc. and California – Lin Drake Construction.

D&S Construction’s goal is to produce a quality product at an affordable price – a goal which they intend to leave as a legacy for many years to come.
